Throughout his professional career Randy has helped individuals and teams work toward reaching their goals and developing as leaders where they are both in sport and professional settings. He has a Masters in Organizational Leadership which he uses in combination with being an independently certified speaker, trainer, coach and Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team to help individuals and teams develop their personal and professional leadership skills, communication skills and improve teamwork to improve their focus, effectiveness, and increase their influence. He works with organizations of all sizes to help develop leaders through one-on-one coaching, group training, speaking, assessing behavior, and facilitation of The John Maxwell Team Leadership Game.
